Do you have public liability insurance in case there's an accident on my property?

Yes, we are insured up to the value of £1 million pounds, and we also hold employers liability insurance.

Is it possible that you can let us know which day you're coming to clean our windows?

Yes of course, we have a "text alert" service. You will receive a text message to your mobile phone the evening before we're due. Please note these messages cannot be replied to, as they are sent from a computer.

Will you just climb over the garden gate if no one's in?

Sorry, we do not climb over garden gates as it's unsafe for our employee's and could also cause damage to your gate. Please leave the gate unlocked for us so that we can safely access all your windows. If you're not sure which day we're coming please ask us to send you a free text message.

How can I pay you?

We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer and direct debit.

How do I set up a direct debit?

We use GoCardless Ltd for all our direct debit payments. You can authorise all your future payments here - Payments. Once this is set up all your window cleaning payments are collected from your bank approximately 5 days after each visit. GoCardless Ltd will inform you by email each time a payment is going to be collected. All payments made this way are covered by the direct debit guarantee.

I've got a holiday coming up soon, can I cancel the window cleaner while I'm away?

Absolutely, just let us know you need to miss a clean and we'll make sure we don't call while you're away. Please try and give us at least 14 days notice.
